For the last several years there have been concerns about the lack of uniformity of neighborhood mailboxes. Mailboxes are covered by the covenants and give the ARC responsibility to assure that the first impression of the neighborhood as a whole is a good impression, For these reasons the Cheswick Place Board of Directors and Architectural Review Committee have decided to take over maintenance of the mailboxes in Cheswick Place. This was addressed at the Annual Meeting in March.
This week we will take the first step in maintaining the mailboxes.
All mailbox post in Cheswick Place will be painted.. Please be polite and cooperative with the contractor the board has hired. If you have any problems or questions please contact my office at 317-706-1706 or email me at cindy@armourproperty.com .
