Cheswick Place, is a residential custom home subdivision that was developed by Ray Roehling, in 1996. The developer turned the community over the Homeowners Association in 2003. All owners of lots in Cheswick Place automatically become members of Cheswick Place Homeowners Association, Inc., an Indiana Not-For-Profit Corporation.
Cheswick Place fire hydrant and water supply is provided by the City of Carmel. Duke Energy provides electricity. Vectren provides natural gas. Clay Township Regional Waste District provides sewage.
All streets, except driveways and limited common area streets, have been dedicated to the public and are maintained by the City of Carmel. Sidewalks are the responsibility of the homeowner. (except for the sidewalks abuting common areas which are managed by the HOA)
Cheswick Place public schools are Smokey Row Elementary, Carmel Middle School and Carmel High School.
Cheswick Place is located in Hamilton County, Clay Township in the City of Carmel. We are located on the west side of Carmel , off 136st Street between Springmill and Ditch Roads.
