About Us
Cheswick Place is a residential custom home subdivision that was developed starting in 1996. All owners of lots in Cheswick Place automatically become members of Cheswick Place Homeowners Association, Inc., an Indiana Not-For-Profit Corporation. The Homeowners Association maintains all common areas in the subdivision.
Cheswick Place fire hydrant, water supply and trash removal services are provided by the City of Carmel. Duke Energy provides electricity. Vectren provides natural gas. Trico Regional Sewer Utility provides sewage.
All streets, except driveways and limited common area streets, have been dedicated to the public and are maintained by the City of Carmel. Sidewalks are the responsibility of the homeowner except for the sidewalks abutting common areas which are maintained by the HOA.
Cheswick Place public schools are Smokey Row Elementary, Carmel Middle School and Carmel High School.
Cheswick Place is located in Hamilton County, Clay Township in the City of Carmel. We are located on the west side of Carmel , off 136th Street between Springmill and Ditch Roads.
